For four weeks, concerts, film projections, exhibitions and performances will merge with Ikaria’s landscape. From the lunar like southern port of Karkinagri, the remote Manganitis, surrounded by gigantic granite rock formations to the three municipal centers: the sea ports of Agios Kirikos and Evdilos and the mountainous and forest covered Rahes.
This year’s edition keeps up with the goals which have always defined the nature of the festival: the intercultural dialogue character of all the events, the utilization of original and inventive concert locales and easy public accessibility with a symbolic ticket price to all Festival activities.
